Argodey Fortaleza is a family business founded in 1989 with the idea of exporting the unique and singular flavor of Canarian gastronomy, in order to take it to all corners of the world.

Although, at first, it turned out to be an arduous task, the truth is that after more than thirty years of work, we continue to be leaders in the Islands market.

Our mother and grandmothers were, for a large part of their lives, surrounded by cauldrons, stoves, good raw materials and their own innovative ideas from different parts of the world that other friends contributed.

The geographical location of the Canary Islands has also influenced this fusion of ancestral culinary customs and traditions from different places, such as Spain, Portugal, America and Africa, in addition to being a strategic enclave that has helped us to be present on three major continents.

A legacy of traditions passed on by Ms. Pilar Bayoll Méndez. She is the owner and founder of authentic family recipes for the most exquisite mojos, almogrote and other flavors of traditional Canarian cuisine.
